Allan was a Digital Photography and Video Educator who specialized in Forensic Photography. He has conducted photography courses for:

• Educational Institutions – including the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) BA Forensic Science, BA Design (Photography), Advanced Dip. Graphic Design
• Government Departments- including DIMIA, ATSB, ACT Workcover, NSW Worksafe, NSW Environment & Climate Change, Australian Defence Force (ADFIS) , International student groups (Interpreter assisted)
• Real Estate offices – empower agents to produce their own “For Sale” photographs
• Adult Community Education (ACE) courses – CITSolutions: Digital Photography DSLR/Compact camera – Introduction To Mac Computers (currently only course in ACT (August 2010)
• Individual one-on-one customized instruction for digital cameras, Photoshop enhancement, and general computer use.
• Digital Desktop Darkroom – Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Elements, Picasa3.
• Forensic digital photography courses are focused on the “how to” for producing digital photographic images that will be acceptable by the courts of law.
• Allan also has  experience in instructional design for Flexible and On-line Learning (WebCT, Moodle).

Allan has had many years experience as both a professional photographer and educator.

As of January 2014 he has retired and become a “Grey Nomad”!
