I was somewhat relieved to see that two of the DSLR’s were Fujicas built on Nikon bodies.

Saturday class produced 2 new Nikon D90’s and 2 Olympus DSLR’s – the rest being Canon’s.

The Canon DSLR penetration is really amazing, certainly a result of aggressive price point marketing and probably a generous commission structure.

There is nothing wrong with the images that Canon’s produce it is the usability compared to the Nikon – it is a real pain having to look back at the rear LCD screen in order to adjust settings.

Mostly 350 and 450D’s. I put this down to Canon’s agressive marketing capaigns where they basically give away one additional zoom lens. Although they are great cameras their user interface leaves a lot to be desired.
